The O.L error code displayed on your # TK90160 Tekonsha Primus brake controller indicates that the controller is sensing an overload condition where the brake circuit is drawing too much voltage.
This can be caused by a short circuit in the brake output circuit which has a few potential causes. Check for a damaged/corroded trailer connector on the vehicle or the trailer side. Check both sides for damage or corrosion and replace as needed. A loose connection in the output circuit on the trailer could also cause this. Check all your wiring connections, and make sure they're all secure. Also, worn brake magnets can also cause this. Pull your hubs and look at the face of the brake magnet that rides against the inside armature surface of the brake drum. If the face of the magnet is worn to the point where the interior copper wire is visible, then the magnets are worn and should be replaced.
