I have a 2018 f250 with a six inch left can a get a receiver with a sway bar set for 18000# trailer

For your 2018 Ford F-250 I recommend the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1008-30. This receiver will accommodate trailers up to 20,000lbs with a maximum tongue weight of 2,500lbs. With a weight distribution hitch it increases to 30,000lbs of trailer or 3,000lbs of tongue weight.
The TorkLift SuperHitch Everest Weight Distribution System # TLWD1000 will handle trailers with a tongue weight of 1,500-3,000lbs and a maximum weight of 30,000lbs. An Adjustable Shank XL # TLM9011 will be needed to compensate for your 6" lift.
For the sway control I recommend the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000. This system will activate the brakes on the trailer as needed to eliminate trailer sway. It will work on trailers with up to 4 electric braking axles.
