The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid.

This hitch is a great choice for a bike rack as it has a 525lb tongue weight rating, and it will even work for towing a light trailer in the future as it has a 3500lb trailer weight rating.

If you do not already have a bike rack I would be happy to make a recommendation, but the correct bike rack will really come down to how many bikes you have and if they are heavy bikes or pretty light.

For a cost effective but quality rack I recommend Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway # TH934XTR which will accommodate 4 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each. This rack has Hold Fast anti-sway cradles that securely hold the frames of your bike and keep them from sway back and forth but are cushioned to prevent damage to the frames.
