I can confirm the Curt # C13362 will fit your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan and included a video of an install for you to take a look at as well. However, to know the maximum towing capacity of your Grand Caravan, you will need to check the inside door jamb on the driver side. There will be a label that has the max towing and tongue weights.
As you will be towing, you will also need to add some wiring to the vehicle. The Tekonsha # 118376 will have a 4 Flat and get all the lights working on a trailer without brakes. This will also plug directly into the vehicle, making the install very quick and easy.
