Your fresh water hose is an easy recommendation, I suggest the Camco RV drinking water hose, 5/8" diameter at 75' Long, # CAM22803. This is a reinforced PVC hose for drinking water made of FDA-approved materials and BPA-free. Because you state that you are new to RV living I will make the suggestion that you also use a water pressure regulator, I suggest the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator, # CAM40055. Please see the attached video for a visual of product. Because inconsistent water pressure can cause damage to your RV's pump, or internal lines using this regulator keeps water pressure at a consistent 40-50 psi protecting your RV's water system. If for your specific set up, strain relief of hose is needed, then I suggest the Valterra High Flow Water Regulator that is constructed at 90 degree, # A01-2222. And lastly for water, I will let you know that an inline water filter is available for easy install if needed, the AquaFresh Exterior RV Water Filter - Qty 2, # A01-1132VP.

For your needed sewer connection of 75' there are a options. You can use multiple of the EZ Flush RV Sewer Hose at 20', # D04-0054, along with using hose connection, Camco RV Sewer Hose Internal Coupler, # CAM39203 to achieve the overall needed length. Once the individual hoses are connected using the Internal Coupler, # CAM39203 you will need the Camco RV Sewer Hose Straight Adapters w/ Bayonet and Lug Fittings and Clamps, # CAM39543, one fitting on each end. The bayonet fitting on the RV end of sewer hose, the lug fitting on end of sewer hose to septic system. You can also choose to use the Camco, # CAM39543 between each individual hose instead of the internal coupler, # CAM39203 for easier quick disconnect arrangement. This all allows for a flexible hose arrangement and easily adding/removing a length of hose if needed for changing the positioning of the RV.

Once your hose length is in place you will need the connection to sewer adaptor. I suggest the EZ Coupler 4-in-1 Threaded RV Sewer Adapter with 90-Degree Elbow Fitting - Clear, # F02-3112CL. This 90-Degree elbow reduces stress on the hose by preventing it from bending sharply. The bayonet fitting at one end secures to sewer hose twisting onto the standard 3" lug fitting you installed from the Camco, # CAM39543. The clear plastic allows you to see when the tanks are empty.

Another option, and what I suggest if you are able to leave the trailer in place, is the Valterra Rotating Adapter for Rigid RV Sewer Pipe, # T1028. This adapter converts RV waste valve to connect to 3" hub sewer pipe, the bayonet fitting rotates, making it easy to connect to the lug fitting on your RV's waste valve and the 3" hub fits to hard sewer pipe. You will terminate the opposite end with the Valterra RV Sewer Termination Adapter - 3" Lug Fitting to 3" Hub, # T1029-2. Instead of using the flexible hoses and connections, use typical ridged pipe from the hardware store and glued connections. You will still use the lug and bayonet fittings at each end for connection to RV and to the RV Sewer Adapter with 90-Degree Elbow Fitting, # F02-3112CL.

Please note the attached product review videos on the items I suggested.
