I can take care of that request for you. My rack recommendation is the 2015 Ford Transit T350 Roof Rack by Rhino Rack. It consists of the following;

Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 71" Long - Qty 2, part # RRVA180S-2, the
Rhino-Rack RLTP Legs for Factory Fixed Mounting Points - Bracket Mount - 2" Tall - Qty 4, part # RRRLTPFC-2, and the
RLTP Leg Adapters for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Track Mount - Qty 4, part # RRVA-FK1-2.

The legs of this rack will attach fixed mounting points on the roof of the vehicle. The rack has safety locking bolts so your rack will be secured to the roof of your vehicle. The Vortex Aero Crossbars are elliptical shaped for wind noise reduction and to help with fuel efficiency. These bars also have a t-channel, so they will work with any channel mounted accessories. Yet they will still be able to work with accessories that clamp the crossbar.

I prefer j-style carriers, especially in this case since you will also be carrying a stand-up paddleboard. My recommended kayak carrier is the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier - Folding - Universal Mount, part # S512. This kayak carrier comes with two cam straps and bow and stern tie downs. It takes up less space than a carrier since it carries the kayak on its side. The carrier folds down when not in use.

Lastly, for your stand-up paddleboard I recommend the Yakima SUPDawg Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - 2 Boards, part # Y04075. This carrier will clamp to the crossbars and secure up to two stand-up paddleboards to the carrier. The carrier also comes Yakima SKS lock cores so you can lock this to your vehicle and also lock the stand-up paddleboard/s to your rack.
