How are Equal-i-zer Spring Bar Sockets Held to Head

I have a 10K hitch that requires repair. Is there documentation / video on how to replace this part?

The sockets of the Equal-i-zer weight distribution heads like the part # EP90-02-1000 are bolted in place. Since you have a 1,000 lb kit the socket you'd need is part # EQ90-03-1000. Basically you'd need a large wrench and socket to remove the large bolt that runs through it so that you could pull it off and install the new one.
If you inspect the head and find that it's also damaged I would highly recommend you replace it as well with the part # EP90-02-1000.
