Is this adapter will support the weight of a Roof top tent and 2 person for a total of 460 pounds or the weight limits of 300 pounds is also for when the vehicule is not moving?

The 300 lb weight capacity of the Yakima Overhaul HD adapter part # Y01155 is a dynamic weight capacity which means that it would easily have the weight capacity for 460 lbs static like when you'd be camping.
