Will Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack Work With Roadmaster Dual Hitch RM-077-2
Question:
I have a class C RV and am using a Roadmaster towing system to tow a 2015 Honda FIT. I would like to place a bike rack 2 bikes between RV and towed FIT. It seems the Roadmaster RM-077-2 hitch extender would work the tow bars would actually be more level with the 2-1/4 inch drop although I may need longer cables. Would the Swagman DIspatch platform rack part #S44FR work and not interfere with the tow bars or is there another rack that would work better.

That's an excellent question, and the Roadmaster adapter will allow you to use the Swagman bike rack you asked about, as the two following parts are absolutely compatible:
- Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars - 2-1/4" Rise/Drop # RM-077-2
- Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack # S44FR
The Dispatch has a 6-1/4" rise in the shank, so it won't interfere with your tow bar; it is also rated for use behind a motorhome and measures 29" from the hitch pin hole to the farthest part of the rack so there will be enough distance that it won't come into contact with your Honda's front end.
The only other thing you will need, in order to secure Adapter # RM-077-2 to your hitch, is the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880.
