I have a replacement axle option for you, but unfortunately we do not offer a hub that uses inner and outer bearing # LM67048. That is a pretty uncommon bearing combination and as such I was unable to find any hubs with other vendors that use this combination.

Your best bet is going to be replacing the entire axle with one that uses a more common bearing combination.

To do this you will need to measure hub face to hub face, and spring center to spring center of your current axle, along with determining the axle rating.

The axle rating can be found on the axle tag on the center of the axle, or if it is missing you can divide the GVWR of the trailer by the number of axles.

For example the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # T3584F-EZ-8974 has a 3500lb axle rating, a hub face to hub face measurement of 89", and a spring center to spring center measurement of 74" as shown in the included diagram.

If this matches your current axle this would be a great replacement option that would uses idler hubs # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K or hub and drum assemblies # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.

If you find your axle is a different length, or has a different axle rating just let me know.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
