Can Single Axle Trailer Be Converted To Tandem Axles With Two Timbren Axle-Less ASR1THDS03?
Question:
Im looking to lift 4foot with the bigger tires and add a pair to make it a tandem. Suspension will be installed on a stronger frame and set the box on top. Will this model work?

Yes you can use two of the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle w/Flange - Off-Road Tires - 2.2K # ASR1THDS03 you were looking at to lift your 6' x 12' enclosed Carry-On trailer to add larger tires.
If the GVWR of your trailer is over 3500lbs you will need to add trailer brakes, as most of the country requires them at that weight.
For trailer brake assemblies you would need two of the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA, two of the mounting hardware # BRKH10A, and four of the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84546UC3-EZ.
To recommend larger tires I will need to know your current tire size to confirm the fitment.
Moving on you will also need to add tandem fenders to work with the new tandem axles, but they will also be dependent on the size of tire you add.
Lastly I included a helpful article on axle placement to help you find the correct location for your new tandem axles.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
