As long as the inside diameter of the existing brake drums is 12 inches and the existing pads are 2 inches wide, the # AKEBRK-7-SA self adjusting 12 inch brake assemblies would work perfectly for you.
Before replacing just the brake assemblies, you'll want to examine the armature surface of the existing drums (the inside surface of the drum where the face of the magnets ride) to make sure they're not grooved or pitted. If they are, you won't get good contact between the drum and brake magnets on the new brake assemblies which will severely reduce your brakes effectiveness.
If the armature surface is grooved or pitted, you'll want to replace your hub/drums as well. In order to recommend the correct replacements, I'll need to know the inner and outer wheel bearing numbers and the wheel bolt pattern. I'll link to an article that shows how to determine the wheel bolt pattern, and the bearing reference numbers are stamped/engraved into the sides of the bearing cages.
I've linked to an install video that you might find helpful. Also, you'll need to burnish or break in your new brakes as well as initially adjusting them. I'll link to an article that shows how this is done.
