The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches, part # HLY84FR, will be able to transport these two bikes. The rack can support up to 80lbs per bike. The rack is also fat tire compatible. The rack can tilt while loaded with bikes, giving you access to the rear of the vehicle. It has anti-rattle hitch receiver lock which helps do away with extra movement in your rack while locking the rack to your vehicle. The arms that secure the bike lock as well.

Since the bikes are step thru you will need an adapter to create a top bar this rack will be able to clamp to. The Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes, part # HRBA-PRO, attaches to the seat post and the handlebar stem of each bike. The arms of the bike rack will clamp this bar.

You will need to make sure you do not exceed the maximum tongue weight of your hitch receiver. The weight of the bikes you are carrying and the weight of the bike rack cannot exceed that value. You should be able to get that information from the manufacturer of the hitch receiver.

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2, part # HLY84FR, is not compatible with travel trailers. However, the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches, part # S94FR, is compatible with travel trailers. This rack weighs 60lbs and it is rated to carry bikes up to 70lbs each. You will still need an adapter bar so this rack will having something to clamp to transport your bikes. The Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes, part # S57FR. This bar will connect the seat post of your bike to your handlebar stem creating a faux top tube. The racks ratchetting arms will clamp to each of the frame adapters. The rack itself has a tilt down mast which allows you access to the rear of the vehicle when not transporting bikes. It also comes with locks that lock the rack to the vehicle and also lock your bikes to the rack. I have included product links and video links below.
