Determining Replacement Grease Seal For 2016 Karavan Move II W/ Leaking Grease Seal
Question:
Hi, I just bought a 2016 Karavan Move II with my PWCs, the rear wheel on one hub is linking grease, should the wheel bearings be replaced or is this maybe just a seal issue? If they should be replaced what is the kit I would need? Also would you recommend doing the other side as well?

You will definitely need to replace the grease seal, and I do not recommend towing the trailer much until the seal is replaced as you could run the bearings dry and cause more issues.
Personally I would go ahead and replace the bearings and seals on both sides, as the other seal is the same age as your blown seal and it is just a matter of time until it goes bad as well.
To determine the correct replacement bearings and seals you will need to remove one of the hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped on the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
For the seal you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure the spindle where the grease seal goes, and measure the inside diameter of the hub where the seal gets installed.
If you can provide this information I would be happy to recommend the correct parts to get your trailer back on the road.
