5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2012 F350 Full Cab, Long Bed, DRW with 5th wheel factory prep
Question:
Which 5th wheel hitch would be compatible with my unit? I would like a removable hitch when not towing and a unit capable of 20,000 minimum. Thank you, in advance.

I have exactly what you need. Since you have the 5th wheel hitch prep package from Ford and you need at least a 20,000 lb capacity you will need a Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30921 or the heavier duty # RP30922 at 27K.
I've attached a review video for that will show you installation of these hitches in the puck systemt. The installation procedure will be the same for both. Since the whole assembly can be a little bit heavy you can take the head off the legs first and then remove the rest. The video I attached shows this.
