I have another option for you, but we do not have a 10" diameter wheel that has the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a pilot hole of 3.19". The two 10" wheels that we offer with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern both have a 2.80" diameter pilot hole, and a 3.19" diameter hub bore is not standard with this size wheel.

As long as the center of your hub is 2.80" or smaller you would have no issue using the Steel Trailer Wheel - 10" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - White # AM20046, as trailer wheels center themselves with the lug nuts and not the pilot.

To get a wheel with a 3.19" diameter pilot hole you would need a 12" wheel like the Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20134 though this is a bigger wheel than you were looking for.

I included a video of the # AM20134 for you to take a look at.
