Since you are not wanting to drill all the way through the aluminum frame on your H and H trailer, you can use U-bolts like # CE15283GA-2 to go around the frame of your trailer, and up into the RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue Tool Box - A-Frame - Aluminum - 2.6 Cu Ft - Silver # 350970 to mount it.

The # CE15283GA-2 are galvanized so the will not rust, but you will want to make sure they are large enough for your frame rails. These U-bolts measure 3-13/16" long and 3-1/16" wide, so if this is large enough to get around the tongue of your trailer this would be a great option.

If you have larger rails just let me know and I would be happy to recommend the correct U-bolts.

I included a video of the # 350970 for you to take a look at.

The best option is going to be the Trailer Square U-Bolts (Qty 2), 2-3/8" x 5-1/4" x 3/8" # 382385UB which are a little wider than you need, but are the only option that has enough length. You can angle the U-bolt so that it is contact both sides of the frame firmly. Once it is bolted in if you find that there is too much extra thread sticking up for your liking you can always trim it down carefully with an angle grinder or even a hand hacksaw with a metal blade.
