Are 1-1/2 Bolts Included W/ Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver 76029 Too Short To Install?

Nut .375 Conical washer .175 Spacer .250 Hitch frame .325 Block .250 1.375 And this does not include the thickness of the Subaru frame. a 1.5 bolt is to short

While the 1-1/2" bolts included with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76209 you were looking at for your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek sound short, only the front two bolts will use the spacer between the hitch and the frame, and will be roughly flush with the end of the nut.
This is how Draw-Tite designed and tested the hitch, and was done to keep excess thread from sticking down.
I included a video of the # 76209 being installed to show you exactly how the bolts will work when installed.
