Will this #PD4045KA replace my original MagnaTek model 6345?

The recommended replacement for your MagnaTek converter is the Progressive Dynamics # PD4645V to replace just the converter section of your power center. Includes an integrated four-stage "Charge Wizard" to keep your batteries in top condition. Modern design includes protection reverse polarity, overheating, overloading, short circuiting, and over/under voltage and it physically fits into current MagnaTek location. Also includes DC board.
Works with flooded lead acid, AGM, and Gel batteries. (For lithium batteries a jumper on the DC board must be moved.)
