I have another option for you, but the Kenda K500 SuperTurf Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range B # AM89992 is for off-road use only and cannot be used on the highway.

Instead I recommend the Kenda K389 Hole-N-1 Bias Golf Cart Tire - 18x8.50-8 - Load Range B # AM40537 which will be an exact replacement for the 18.x8.5-8 tire on your 1999 Comfab Trailer, and has a load rating of 815lbs at 22 PSI.

For a replacement wheel I recommend the Steel Trailer Wheel - 8" x 7" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - White # AM20026 which has the same 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern as your current wheels, but you will need to have the tires mounted by a local tire shop.
