I would be happy to help you find the correct weight distribution hitch for towing your 2018 Heartland Northtrail 22RBK with your 2016 Ford F-250, but you will need to find the total tongue weight of your setup to confirm the correct hitch.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo stored behind the rear axle of your F-250. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
Since you mentioned your trailer has a GVWR of 6900lbs and tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect to see 690-1035lbs tongue weight if the trailer is loaded to the GVWR.
If your total tongue weight is at the lower end of that range the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - 7-Hole Shank - 8K GTW, 800 lbs TW # BLU47FR would be a great option as it works with total tongue weights ranging from 600-800lbs.
If you are at the higher end of that range, or are loading a lot of cargo behind the rear axle of your truck stepping up to the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 14K GTW, 1.4K TW # RP66561 that works with total tongue weights ranging from 700-1400lbs would be the best option. This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
