The wheel on the Bulldog Heavy Duty Rack and Gear Jack # BD165411 cannot be removed, but when fully retracted the wheel will only extend 7-1/2" from the A-frame mounting bracket, so the clearance is pretty good. We do not carry a rack and gear jack that the caster wheel can be removed on, but there are some other options that can have the wheel/caster removed from.
If you wanted a jack that did have a removable wheel then I recommend using the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack - Sidewind - 13" Lift - 3,000 lbs # BD1550101344 and the Pro Series 6", Detachable Caster w/ Pin for 2" Diameter Jacks - 1,200 lbs # PS1400750340 wheel. This is also an A-frame jack and the capacity will be at 1200-lbs when using the caster wheel, so it's the same as the Bulldog Rack and Gear in that respect.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out.
