Ford hasn't changed the spacing of their OEM prep package pucks since their introduction.
For a short bed truck, you'll want to use the sliding version of the Companion, part # BWRVK3370 which has a 20K capacity. For a long bed truck, use the stationary model, part # BWRVK3300 for a 20K capacity or part
# BWRVK3305 for a 25K capacity.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't need to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # 50-97-410-010.
