The Power Inverter, # WC3720, comes with two 6-gauge wires with ring terminals and alligator clamps. They are only a few feet long. This inverter can be hard wired and the proper gauge will depend on how long you plan to run the wires.

For example, if you will be running the wires 8 ft round trip, then you will want to use 6 gauge wire. If you will need 9 - 10 ft of wire, then you will need to use 4 gauge wire. If the cables will be running 11 -21 ft round trip, then you will want to use 2 gauge wire.

When we installed this inverter in a vehicle, we used our wiring kit, part # BDW20307. This kit comes with over 10 ft of 6 gauge wire and quick disconnect connectors for convenience. If you need larger gauge wire for longer run, then you could use the wiring kit part # BDW20207 which also comes with the quick disconnects and over 24 ft of 2 gauge wire.

I have attached our installation video for you to check out.
