Troubleshooting 12v Power Circuit Not Working On 2015 Ram 2500 W/ Factory 7-way Connector

Question:

2015 ram 2500 trailer receptacle F30 30 AM PINK FUSE REPLACED AND STILL NO POWER TO 7 PIN PLUG FOR TRAILER. I TESTED WITH A TEST LIGHT THE CICURT NO POWER IN F30 WITH FUSE REMOVED WITH TRUCK LIGHTS ON AND IGNITION ON /OR OFF, NO POWER. Is there another relay that might be bad?

I checked the fuse box diagram for your 2015 Ram 2500, and the F30 Pink 30-amp fuse is the only one for the 12v power pin on your truck.

I recommend removing the fuse and using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check both sides of the fuse box to see if you have power going into the fuse.

If you do not, then you will need to take your truck into your local Ram dealer to have them find the wiring issue.

Another option is to replace the factory wiring for that circuit by using # 10-1-1 which is sold by the foot to run from the 1 o'clock 12v power pin to the positive terminal of your battery with 40-amp circuit breaker # PK54530.

This would bypass the factory wiring that is causing your issue and get your 7-way connector working as it should.
