Do you have a pre-greased hub assembly for 1 1/4inch OD, straight spindle? The current inner and outer bearings are LM67048. The hub is a 5 on 4.5 and stands 3 1/2inch tall.

I have a few options for you, but unfortunately we do not offer a hub assembly that uses inner and outer bearing LM67048 and I was unable to find a compatible hub through other vendors.
If your current hubs are reusable but need new bearings, then I recommend replacing them with # LM67048.
If your hubs are not reusable then the only option will be to replace your current axle with one that uses a standard bearing combination. To determine the correct replacement axle you will need to know the axle rating, hub face to hub face measurement, and spring center to spring center measurement of your current axle.
For example the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # 35545I-EZ-89 has a 3500lb axle rating, a 89" hub face to hub face measurement, and a 74" spring center to spring center measurement as shown in the included diagram. This option also comes with Idler hubs that have the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you were looking for, so if these specs match you current axle this would be a great option.
If you axle has a different axle rating or length just let me know and I would be happy to go over the available options.
I included a video of the # 35545I-EZ-89 for you to take a look at.
