Will Magnetic Tow Lights Work With a Supplemental Braking System
Question:
Is it possible to use the magnetic wireless tow lights with the 7 way and a 4 way for the invisibrake connected directly to the motor home? I have a Ford eclipse hybrid and don’t want to wire directly.

Expert Reply:
In order to use magnetic tow lights like the Peterson Magnetic Tow Lights part # PE26UR on a towed vehicle you must use a portable braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System part # BLU37TR.
If you want to use a permanent braking system like the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700 you'll also need a direct wire-line harness like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267.
