It sounds like you are looking for a trailer brake controller for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
You can verify that you have the factory towing package by first checking if you have a 7-way connector installed, and have a gray port underneath the dash of your vehicle for a trailer brake controller which you can see at the 1:15 minute mark of the included video.
If you have both of these I recommend going with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller with great features like an easy to read LCD screen, and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand. The # TK93VR will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port and into the # 90195 to take care of all of the required wiring.
If you do not have a factory 7-way connector then you will need to install one starting with a 4-way connector # 118727, and then adding the 7-way connector # ETBC7.
You will also need to hardwire the controller as if you do not have a factory installed 7-way, you will also not have the factory trailer brake controller port.
I still recommend the recommend the # 90195, but you will need to use the included pigtail wiring harness to complete the install instead.
I included installation videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
