Brake Controller and 7-Way for a 2015 Nissan Frontier SL

What would you recommend to upgrade the 4pin to 7pin connector that I currently have? What will be your recommendation for a brake controller? I have a 2015 Nissan Frontier SL. Thank you

I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 for your 7-way connection on your 2015 Nissan Frontier. This will give you a plug and play connection along with the correct relays to allow you to use a brake controller and 7-way on your Frontier. As this is actually replacing your 4-way connection you will need to use a 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 if you need to also tow trailers with a 4-way flat connector.
The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 is the one I recommend for your vehicle. This proportional brake controller will self adjust for light or heavy braking. And the customizable LCD screen will help you diagnose any issues that may occur. To complete the installation you will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3050-P. This will also make the installation plug and play.
