Bike Rack Recommendation for E-Bike and Regular Bike with Ramp

Question:

I ALREADY HAVE THE HITCH, A 1AND 1/4inch HITCH WITH AN ADAPTER FOR 2inch RACK. I NEED A BIKE RACK , PREFERABLY WITH A RAMP. IF I BUY A FOLDABLE BIKE RACK, DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE TO ATTACH AND UNATTACH IT EACH TIME I USE IT, OR CAN I JUST LEAVE THE BIKE RACK ON THE CAR FOR THE ENTIRE RIDING SEASON? WHAT IS THE COST? I STILL HAVE TO HAVE THE ENTIRE RACK INSTALLED.

For a bike rack to carry an e-bike and a regular bike with a ramp and that fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 is exactly what you are looking for. Even though it is a folding rack you can leave it installed in your hitch as well.
