Today we're going to take a look at the replacement caster for Ultrafab Class A RV skid wheels. These are going to have a six inch diameter and it's going to come as a quantity of one. So, we'll get our new caster, plus a new bolt and locknut, along with the spacer, and the grommets to go on the other side. That spacer's going to have a little hole in one side to allow any grease to penetrate the bolt itself. The caster does have a built in grease circ, so that you can service it and make sure that it's going to be lubricated for long term use and just to prevent any wear and tear on your caster wheel.Again, this is going to be made of durable steel construction and then we'll have our urethane layer to prevent any metal degradation and just to overall have a better grip, especially in those muddy or packed earth kind of situations. It's still going to have a good grip to it.Again, we'll have a diameter of six inches.
That's going from the outside edge to outside edge. The wheel is also going to be about two inches wide. The mounting brackets for this are not included, but you do get that half inch bolt and locknut.And that's going to do it for our look at the replacement caster for Ultrafab Class A RV skid wheels with a six inch diameter.

It had been dragging going up the steep hill we live on here in the north Georgia mountains.
I ordered these "casters" for my 44' toy hauler, several months ago, installed per instructions and they worked perfectly. Unfortunately a couple weeks ago I got myself in a tight, steep place and broke one wheel (my fault)!!! So I've ordered a replacement wheel which I think will solve my problems. I went ahead and ordered another set for added support, my choice, not really needed but for my satisfaction. I highly recommend this product!!!!
This is the third time I have replaced this wheel. The quality appears to questionable. I have 2 wheels on the rear of my motor home ,one orginal and the one in question.
The wheels keep shattering with very little use. My motor home is a 32 footer. These wheels are intended for a longer motorhome and should not have this problem. If you use these wheels, I hope you have better luck than I have.
