No drilling is required to install either of the front-mounted hitches that fit your 2020 Ford F-150, which are from Curt and Draw-Tite:
- Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31083
- Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65067
I have added a link below to a video install of the Draw-Tite on a similar model year F-150 which you can use as a guide for installation. In regards to compatibility with the Thule bike rack and add-on, both hitches are able to support the rack and the maximum capacity of the bikes. Since these hitches are both so similar, I simply recommend going with the one that is the most cost-friendly.
The hitches have a vertical load capacity (which is the same as tongue weight rating) of 500 lbs, so even with the rack fully loaded you will have plenty of capacity. The Thule rack you mentioned and its add-on are the following:
- Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83JV
- 2 Bike Add-On for Thule T2 Pro # TH9036XT
