The Pro-Series 63134 Q-Slot 2 Black 2-Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier looks like it uses an adapter for 2" hitches.
As such, I cannot guarantee if the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, part # C23517, will work with it. However, I can tell you that this lock's inside pin length (span) is 2-13/16", and the pin diameter is 1/2" (5/8" with the adapter sleeve).
If those measurements are compatible with your bike rack, then this will work. It's likely that it will, but you should measure just in case. I've linked to a video review of the lock below.
