Will a Thule OutWay fit on a 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon with Factory Spoiler
Question:
Will this rack work on the 2013 outback? I am concerned about the spoiler on the top of the rear hatch. Thanks

I checked with Thule and the OutWay 2 Bike Carrier # TH45JV that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon. Thule recommends running the support straps over the spoiler and tested this method and found that the spoiler is strong enough for this.
If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes you may also be interested in getting a Thule Adapter Bar # TH982XT. I attached a review video for this product for you to check out also.
