Replacing a Broken Wiring Harness on a 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup
Question:
does anyone sell a wiring slack adjuster that would preclude broken or unhooked trailer wiring?

If the wiring is damaged, it is always recommended said wiring be replaced or repaired. That being said, I am not aware of a specific part to remedy this without replacing the whole part. You could use Deka Cable Ties like # DW05727-25 as a temporary solution, however.
If the vehicle is a 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup, you would use the Pollak 7 Way # HM40975-11933, or the Tekonsha T-One # 118381 if you have a 4 Flat.
If the trailer needs the replacement, the Wesbar 4-Pole connector # W787268 is heavily jacketed, giving it a longer life. If it is a 7 Way that needs to be replaced, the # HS381-9000 with included junction box would be a great replacement and upgrade.
