Replacement Fifth Wheel Brackets and Rails for a 2018 Ram 2500

I have the bed rails with an auto slider hitch, am in need of the brackets underneath the bed. What do you suggest?

We definitely have options available for your 2018 Ram 2500 with the short bed and no prep package. That being said, rails and brackets cannot be mixed and matched between different manufacturers. As you mentioned having an auto slide hitch, it led me to Demco. I suggest going with the Demco Above Bed Rails and custom brackets # DM8552025-71 if you are unsure of what brand the original set is. This is a custom fit part and will require no drilling into the frame of the vehicle. I included an install video of these being installed on a 2014 Ram 2500 for you to check out as well.

If you are sure you have the Demco rails, you could also just go with the custom brackets # DM8552025. But again, they must be paired with Demco rails like the # DM6071.
