Great question! Yes, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Item # 118405 is compatible with your 2015 Toyota Corolla S. I have included a link to an instillation video on a 2016 S. The instillation will be the same.
This wiring harness lives in the trunk of the vehicle however, in the video I talk about how you would run the 4 pole end out with the power wire so it can be mounted outside the vehicle. If you choose to route the 4 pole outside the vehicle, I recommend adding a No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket - Short Item # 18140 which utilizes the clamp to secure the bracket to the hitch cross tube and a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat
Item # 18144. The 4-pole bracket mounts to the short bracket with the included nuts and bolts and gives the 4-pole end a more permanent mounting location.
