Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit Installation Guide
Question:
First of all, Im Blind in one Eye and Cant see out the other, so my apology if I missed this in the QandA. Can this be installed by myself and some friends and/or family members or should it be professionally installed. Currently have the Carefree of Colorado Fiesta Awning that we need to convert. The Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit - Universal - 69" Arms - White Item # LC434724 can be installed by yourself and some friends/family to help with lifting and holding things in place.
The instructions in the kit, that you can also find online by following the link I added, will go over in greater detail how to mount the arms, attaching fabric to the roller tube and connecting it to the arms, and how to wire in the switch to control the arm movement.
