Whats the recommended tightening specs for the lug nuts?

Lug nut torque for a trailer wheel like the # AM3S450 is based on the size of the wheel stud basically.
7/16 inch lug nut, 55-65 ft-lb.
1/2 inch lug nut, 75-85 ft-lb.
9/16 inch lug nut, 95-115 ft-lb.
12 mm lug nut, 70-80 ft-lb.
14 mm lug but, 85-95 ft-lb.
Most likely you'd be using a 1/2 inch lug so 75 to 85 would be correct.
