What Hitch/Bike Rack Combination Will Work For Electric Bikes on a 2008 Honda Civic?

Hi there. I need to transport a 60 lb. ebike on my 2008 Honda Civic. I was looking at the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes but it says it needs a Class II hitch. Could you tell me which hitch I should get for this? I want to be sure and get the right combination of rack and hitch. I would consider any other rack also if it would fit my Honda.
