Can you get a trailer hitch with a 4 inch receiver for a 2010 Mazda CX-7.

A 4 inch trailer hitch receiver is not available for a 2010 Mazda CX-7, or for any vehicle that I am aware of. The largest hitch that fits a '10 CX-7 has a 2 inch receiver:

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75512

This hitch is a custom fit for your CX-7, does not require drilling to install, and has a 3,500 lb towing capacity. If you are using it for towing and need a trailer wiring harness, the correct fit for your 2010 CX-7 is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118405.
