The Yakima RidgeBack 5 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # Y02459 is compatible with flat-towing and can hold 5 bikes, so you won't have an issue with that. The weight capacity is 150lbs or 40lbs when only 1 bike is mounted. The carrier comes with anti-sway cradles to keep the bikes tight and secured. There is an integrated lock to secure the carrier to the receiver; to lock the bikes to the carrier I recommend adding Yakima HandCuff Cable Lock # Y02466.
In regard to your vehicle's trailer hitch, you will want to make sure your 2014 Honda CR-V has either a 2" hitch receiver or a class 2 1-1/4" hitch receiver. You also want to make sure the distance from the hitch pin hole to the front edge of your hitch receiver opening is at least 1-1/2" to properly mount this bike rack (see photo). If you don't have the necessary hitch receiver then I recommend going with etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98868. This is a very affordable receiver made in the USA and it has a max tongue weight of 350lbs which will be plenty for your application. I attached a few demonstration videos for you.
