The 225/75R15 is going to have about 3/4" taller sidewall so you will want to make sure you currently have about 2" of clearance around the tire when your suspension is compressed. Remember to also check the distance between both tires as this will decrease by 1-1/2". The width of the tire is going to only increase just under 1/2". So an additional 1/4" on each side of the tire. If these all work for your clearances than the next step is the load range.
There are 3 load ranges available for the 225/75R15. I recommend going with the load rating that is specified for your trailer. On the GVWR tag on the drivers front of the trailer it will specify the load rating for your trailer. If you go with a higher weight rating you will get a stiffer ride with more bouncing on the trailer. Lower rating will put you at a higher risk of having a tire blowout.
C # AM10251 maximum load 2,150 lbs
D # AM10256 maximum load 2,540 lbs
E # AM10303 maximum load 2,830 lbs
