I have another option for you, but unfortunately there are no base plate kits available to flat tow your 2016 BMW X1.

Instead you can use a tow dolly which will still allow you to tow your X1 behind your motorhome. Yes, you can attach the Spare Tire #DM5968 to your Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly #DM9713045. You will need the Spare Tire Mount #DMRKSTM which mounts just behind the trailer jack.
