The # 93003-3X rear hanger measures just over 1-1/4 inch in height (measured from the center of the bolt hole to the top of the hanger) at 1-9/32 in height which is absolutely close enough to the 1-1/8 inch height you were looking for that the articulation of the suspension will make up for that miniscule height difference.
