I wish we had a rear Torklift tie down that fit your truck but none of them will fit with the rear bumper fold down step that you have. You'd have to go with a stake pockets tie downs like with the Brophy part number # HSAB.
Then for a hardware kit to attach from the brackets to the camper you'd want the part # TDHP.
