Can I Switch From 10" x 1-1/2" Brakes to 10" x 2-1/4" Brakes on a 2013 Keystone Trailer
Question:
THE PADS ARE WORN ON THIS CAMPER WOULD I BE ABLE TO UPGRADE TO BIGGER BRAKES

Because your Dexter axle was made after 1999 then you should have a deep enough hub for the larger brakes, so if you wanted to switch to 10" x 2-1/4" brakes on your 2013 Keystone trailer then you would need to completely replace the assembly. For that you'll want to use the # AKEBRK-35-SA, which are a nice set of self adjusting brakes that are easy to install and will work well for this. These do not come with mounting hardware so you'll likely also need part # BRKH10B to complete the installation. You may want to pull your hubs and measure how deep they are just to confirm that you can accept the taller brake assemblies.
If you've only got 1-1/2" deep drums then you'll likely just want to replace the shoes; you can use the 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Brake Shoe/Lining (One Wheel) # bp04-065 you were looking at to perform that task.
I've linked a review video of these options for you to check out, as well.
