How To Safely Carry 2 Kayaks On A 2019 Chrysler Pacifica

I have a possible solution for you, but there are not any aftermarket roof racks available for your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. You could try fitting a kayak carrier onto your current crossbars as this is your only option if you wish to transport kayaks on your roof.

The two kayak carriers that come to mind are the SportRack Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - J-Style - Fixed Arms - Roof Mount # SR5511 and the Swagman Contour Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Fixed Arms # S65148. The SportRack can fit crossbars up to 3-1/2" in diameter while the Swagman can fit crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide and 1-11/16" tall. You can measure your setup to determine if this will work for you or not. These are both J-style carriers that use padded cradles and straps to secure the kayaks.

If the above method does not work out for you then the only other way of transporting your kayaks is to use a watersports trailer. The most affordable option that works for 2 kayaks is the Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer with J-Style Carriers for 2 Kayaks - 400 lbs # MAL93FR. It has built-in cradles for 2 kayaks and fits a 2' trailer hitch receiver. If you do not have a receiver on your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica then you can use Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13383.
