i HAVE AN BULLDOG 93000 ALPHA AND NEED THE WHOLE TOP PART AND CONTACTOR, WIRES AND PLUG FOR REMOTE. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

It sounds like you are needing some replacement parts for the Bulldog Winch Alpha Series Off-Road Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 9,300 lbs, part # BDW10019. We have what you need here.

For the contactor, we have the Bulldog Winch OE Replacement Contactor for Alpha Series Winches - 500A, part # BDW20129. For the remote wires and plug, we have the Bulldog Winch Wireless Controller - Quick-Connect Plug - 100', part # BDW20156. I've linked to a video review of the controller below.

As for the top part, I am not sure what you mean. If you mean the power unit itself, then we do not have a replacement for that. You will need to fully replace your winch if you have lost or damaged this.
