I would be happy to make a recommendation for you!
Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 as it has the highest capacities of all of the trailer hitches available for your 2013 Toyota Sienna at 675lb tongue weight and 4500lb trailer weight making it a great option for towing a trailer.
For adding a 7-way connector you will first need to install a 4-way connector using the Tekonsha T-One # 118498, and then adding the 7-way connector using the # ETBC7 which will plug into your newly installed 4-way connector and will only require a few more connections as shown in the included video.
Moving on to a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller with great features like an easy to read LCD screen, and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.
Lastly to complete your towing setup you will still need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which is all found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
